Made to resemble traditional Korean New Year lucky pouches that are a symbol of good fortune and prosperity, these little dumplings are worth their weight in gold! Stuffed with a hearty tofu mixture, and adorned with ribbons made of chives, each mandu is a delicious present waiting to be served.

Ingredients

White Dumpling Wrapper Dough
1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/3 tsp Salt
2 tsp Cooking Oil
1/2 cup Water

Green Dumpling Wrapper Dough
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1 bunch Spinach
4 tbsp Water

Yellow Dumpling Wrapper Dough
1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Carrot
4 tbsp Water

Stuffing
1 pk Tofu
4 1/2 oz Garlic Chives, chopped
10 3/4 oz Kimchi, chopped
1 Egg
3 1/2 oz Scallions, chopped
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Black Pepper, to taste
