Korean Slaw / 양배추 샐러드

Ingredients:
2 cups Shredded Cabbage
½ cup Shredded Red Cabbage
½ cup Julienne Carrots
¼ cup Scallion, diced
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
Dressing:
4 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
1 tbsp Rice Wine / Mirin
1 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Gochugaru (Coarse Korean Red Pepper Flakes)
Directions:

1. Whisk all ingredients in mixing bowl and lightly pour over slaw mix.

2. Mix all the vegetables together in big bowl and set aside.
Then fold the dressing into slaw mix.
3. Enjoy in tacos or with any dishes you want!
