Dukboki / 즉석 떡볶이

Ingredients
1⅓ lb Dukboki Rice Cakes, rinsed
250 g Fish Cakes, cut into 1” wide strips
235 g White Cabbage, sliced
250 g Onions, sliced
75 g Scallions, sliced
40 g Carrots, sliced
200 g Jjolmyeon Noodles
4 Frozen Dumplings
2 Hard-boiled Eggs
8 Vienna Sausages
2 Scallions, thinly sliced, as garnish

Fried Rice
2 Cooked White Rice
70 g Mozzarella Cheese
Dried Seaweed, shredded

Sauce
¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Fine Red Pepper Powder
⅓ cup Red Pepper Flakes
2½ cups Red Pepper Paste
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Black Bean Paste

Stock
3 cups Water
3 g Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
25 g Dried Dashi Anchovies
1 Dried Kelp, (1 in x 2 in)
20 g Big Green Onions
