½ cup Mirin
Onion half, thinly sliced
2 ¼ oz Big Green Onions, cut into 3-inch pieces
2 King Oyster Mushrooms, cut into 4 pieces vertically
12 Rice cakes, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 Korean Spicy Chili Peppers, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tbsps Canned Kernel Corns, strained
Dried Parsley Flake
1 tbsp Anchovy Fish Sauce

2 cups Water
⅓ cup Soy Sauce
⅓ cup Mirin
⅓ cup Oligo Syrup
3 tbsps Red Pepper Powder
2 tbsps Gochujang
1 tbsp Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsps Scallion, finely chopped
