During this time of year, you can find chestnuts everywhere. But not these! Steam, peel, mash, mold, and dip these chestnut-shaped cookies made with real chestnuts, pine nuts and cinnamon! A perfect dessert addition to all your Thanksgiving leftovers! ⁠

400 g Chestnuts
1 tbsp Pine Nuts, finely chopped
3 tbsp Mixed Nuts, chopped
40 g Honey
1 tbsp Raw Sugar
1 tsp Yuzu Jam
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder

1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Pine Nuts, finely chopped
1 tbsp Mixed Nuts, finely chopped
